By accessing or using this website and engaging Sure Thing Creative for services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

Sure Thing Creative provides design-related services including, but not limited to, UX audits, website design, website refreshes, landing pages, ad creative audits, and ongoing design support. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project will be outlined and agreed upon prior to the start of work.

Payments

All prices listed are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms will be outlined before a project begins. Unless otherwise agreed:

• A deposit may be required before work starts

• Remaining balances are due upon project completion or at agreed milestones

Late payments may result in paused work until payment is received.

Revisions

Each package includes a reasonable number of revisions, as defined in the project scope. Additional revisions or out-of-scope requests may be billed at an hourly rate or quoted separately.

Turnaround Times

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and may vary depending on project scope, client feedback timing, and availability of required materials. Delays in client communication may impact delivery timelines.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, assets, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Sure Thing Creative is not responsible for delays caused by missing or late client materials.

Ownership & Usage

Upon full payment, clients are granted ownership of the final approved design deliverables unless otherwise stated.

Sure Thing Creative retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

Third-Party Platforms & Tools

Sure Thing Creative is not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, services, plugins, or tools (including but not limited to Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, WordPress, hosting providers, or analytics tools).

Cancellations & Refunds

If a project is canceled after work has begun, payments made are non-refundable. Any completed work up to the cancellation date will be delivered where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

Sure Thing Creative is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of delivered work, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

No Guarantees

While best practices are applied, Sure Thing Creative does not guarantee specific business outcomes, conversion rates, or performance results.

Changes to These Terms

Sure Thing Creative reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
